Nothing beats a good gun vise for cleaning,
maintenance and repair of firearms or mounting of scopes, and Winchester Shooting Products
has just announced a new, feature-heavy vise.
The new model offers padded surfaces where the vise makes contact with the gun, providing
complete protection to the stock and all metal finishes. A firm hold on the firearm is
pro- vided by a fast, sure cam-action pivot arm that is fully adjustable to accommodate
virtually every stock style.
The base of the vise, 7.5 inches wide to provide a firm, stable platform for all your
work, also includes specially molded areas to store solvents and gun oils. The base also
incorporates a convenient, integral rack to store your cleaning rod.
The vise, part of a new "family" of Winchester Shooting Products, should be in
sporting good stores at this time.
