This unique product is water based with a small amount of ammonia that works with enzymes to completely clean and condition the bore. Hunter’s Extreme CopperMelt is non-abrasive and inert to steel, stainless steel, aluminum, blueing, etc., therefore it cannot harm the gun barrel.
