RETUMBO Magnum Rifle Powder

Hodgdon Powder Co. has introduced RETUMBO, a true magnum rifle powder. RETUMBO “Echo of Thunder” was designed for such cartridges as the .300 Remington Ultra Mag., .30-378 Weatherby, 7mm Remington Ultra Mag, the 7mm STW and many others with very large capacity cases and relatively small bores. Shooters can expect 40 to 100 fps more velocity than other magnum powders, depending on choices of bullets and primers.

The new RETUMBO is an extruded propellant that incorporates all the great features of Hodgdon’s Extreme family of powders. Hodgdon Extreme powders are insensitive to changes in hot and cold temperatures.
