Anschutz 1712 Silhouette
Designed to meet weight regulations
in .22 caliber Rimfire Silhouette competition, the 1712 offers the world-renowned Olympic
Class 54 action. Like all 54 action rifles, the 1712 is CNC machined from a solid block of
steel with bolt lug recesses machined eccentrically within the action for proper bedding.
The bolt has dual locking lugs, claw extractor and cartridge feed guide, so the bullet
head never touches a feed ramp or chamber mouth. The bolt face is recessed for complete
cartridge head support.
The 1712 barrel is air gauged,
precision rifled and target crowned. The 5109 Olympic match grade trigger is the same
precision two-stage trigger used in all Anschutz Olympic target competition rifles. It is
fully adjustable from 9 to 18 ounces and is also adjustable for length of pull. The 1712
Silhouette Sporter is stocked in deluxe walnut, checkered, with a rollover monte carlo
cheekpiece and sells for a suggested retail of $1,286.
